Shipping Policy
Please note that orders placed with overnight shipping on Friday will arrive in 1 business day on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm CET will be processed and shipped the following business day.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
Shipping to all other countries outside of Spain and Portugal are charged a shipping fee. Shipping is complimentary on all International orders over €200. Orders placed after 2pm CET will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Processing + Delivery Times
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
Returns
At RHOMMI, each item is handcrafted from natural materials, which may display imperfections that enhance their individuality. These characteristics are integral to the design and aesthetic of our pieces, and therefore are not eligible for returns. Please consider this when making your purchase.
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Return requests for items purchased on sale must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The returned item must arrive in suitable packaging, without signs of having been used and in the same condition in which it was received.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of RHOMMI or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Depending on the bank, your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 5-10 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
